Caren Spungen

Caren Spungen has over 10 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Caren began their career in 2011 as a Senior Sales Recruiter/Talent Manager at TriNet, where they recruited and hired nationally for TriNet PEO Sales force. In 2012, they joined AOL as a Senior Recruiter, Sourcer where they were responsible for making the Internet better. Later that year, they joined ClientMind Recruiting, Inc. as a Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Leader, providing recruiting services to small to mid-size companies. In 2013, they joined The Brickman Group as a Corporate Recruiter, one of the nation's largest landscape design and build and horticultural services companies. In 2015, they worked as a Senior Contract Recruiter at Washington Real Estate Investment Trust. In 2020, they joined Lee Hecht Harrison as an Employer Branding Specialist, providing resume and LinkedIn career coaching and support to candidates in career transitions. In 2021, they joined Blue Chip Marketing Worldwide/Continuum Clinical as a Senior Contract Recruiter. In 2022, they joined Weris, Inc. and ASG Technologies as a Senior Contract Recruiter.

Caren Spungen holds a Masters degree in Personnel and HR Management from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Syracuse University.
