Mijke van Wijk

Mijke van Wijk is an accomplished professional currently serving as a member of the Supervisory Board at Rabobank Maas en Waal - Oost Betuwe since April 2024. Mijke has been with APG since May 2022, holding roles such as Head of Transformation for Pension Execution and Participants & Employers Services, overseeing the operational readiness of the pension organization, and as a Senior Change Management Consultant specializing in the transformation toward a new pension system. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Rabobank from 2016 to 2022, where Mijke focused on employee wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic and led strategic resource planning initiatives. Prior to Rabobank, Mijke gained extensive experience at Alliander, Nuon, and various other organizations, with a focus on change management and process improvement. Mijke holds an MBA from Radboud University and has completed multiple relevant training programs in leadership and change management.
