Raoul van Orsouw

Raoul van Orsouw is a strategic advisor in financial policy at Werkorganisatie Druten Wijchen, responsible for the development and quality of Planning & Control products and serving as the primary contact for board and management on financial matters since January 2018. Previously, Raoul held roles at Gemeente Wijchen from February 2009 to December 2017, including senior policy advisor for finances, where coordination of financial policy advisory teams and managing municipal budgeting processes were key responsibilities. Raoul’s earlier experience includes positions as a financial consultant, business analyst at Connexxion, and planning and control staff at Novio. Raoul holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from HAN University of Applied Sciences and an Atheneum diploma from Over Betuwe College.
