Natalie Scott is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in finance and sustainability. Currently serving as a Director at Werksmans Attorneys since May 2013, Natalie specializes in a range of financial products and transactions, including sustainability, leveraged finance, fintech, and various forms of structured finance. Previously, as Senior Legal Counsel at Nedbank Capital from April 2010 to May 2013, Natalie provided legal guidance on global markets and investment banking matters, emphasizing product innovation and structuring. Earlier experience includes the role of Corporate Finance Counsel for the Africa Division at Citi from November 2003 to October 2009, where Natalie focused on debt and equity advisory, acquisition finance, and regulatory compliance across multiple African regions.
