Monique Wassenburg

Monique Wassenburg is an experienced manager and consultant currently serving as Manager Werkgeversdienstverlening at Stroomopwaarts MVS since December 2022, leading a team of approximately 30 professionals. With a strong background in strategic policy advising, Monique has contributed to the development of the new Re-integratieverordening Participatewet MVS 2023, approved by three municipalities. Additional roles include facilitating national labor conditions negotiations as Secretary of WVSV and serving as Regional Project Leader for the 'Sterk door Werk' initiative aimed at supporting individuals with psychological vulnerabilities. Monique has held various managerial and project management positions across multiple organizations, including interim management roles, enhancing collaboration in participation processes and organizational changes. A graduate of The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Monique has also obtained multiple coaching certifications in equine-assisted coaching.
