Jen Suiter

Jen Suiter, PHR, SHRM-CP, has significant experience in human resources and talent acquisition, demonstrated through roles at various companies. At Advisor Group, Jen conducted full-life cycle recruiting for a substantial number of positions annually, including large employee classes. Previous experience includes multiple roles at Noll Human Resource Services, where responsibilities ranged from assisting applicants to leading recruiting efforts across divisions, and at Securities America Inc., focusing on non-exempt recruiting. Most recently, Jen served as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner at Werner Enterprises, managing recruitment initiatives for IT and accounting roles while aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Jen holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has earned credits in Economics from the University of Oxford.
