Mo Irfan

Mo Irfan is an accomplished industrial design leader currently serving as the Head of Global Industrial Design at WernerCo. since February 2021, responsible for overseeing global design capabilities and driving innovation across a portfolio of professional and trade brands. Previously, Mo Irfan held senior roles at TTI Floor Care North America, including Senior Director and Director of Industrial Design, where expertise in cross-category design significantly impacted leading brands. Mo Irfan's extensive experience encompasses positions at Vax Ltd, MCC Technique, Extract Technology Ltd, and Brunel University of London, along with a notable tenure as a Board Trustee for the Chartered Society of Designers. Academic qualifications include a Master of Technology in New Product Development from Brunel University, a Mastering Design Thinking from MIT Sloan Executive Education, and multiple marketing diplomas from CIM.
