Prior roles include Sr. Human Resources Representative and Human Resources Representative at Bechtel Corporation, where responsibilities included HR support for projects, employee relations, training, and policy implementation. Jaime’s career began at Marsh-McBirney Inc. in accounts payable before progressing to staffing and recruitment roles at Staples and Peapod. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resources from McDaniel College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western Maryland College.
