Kathia Dawson

Kathia Dawson currently serves as a Staff Writer and On-Air Announcer at WERS 88.9 FM, where responsibilities include researching and writing anecdotes about featured artists and announcing upcoming events. Additionally, Kathia works as a Public Relations Intern at Splicer Films and as a Photographer for YourMag, collaborating with writers and editors to provide supplementary visuals for articles. Kathia is pursuing a degree in Journalism at Emerson College, expected to graduate in 2024, and holds a high school diploma from Cosby High School.
