Mareike Mehring

Mareike Mehring serves as an Employer Branding Specialist at WERTGARANTIE Group since August 2018, focusing on the strategic development and strengthening of the employer brand in collaboration with marketing, as well as conducting target group and labor market analysis. Previous roles include HR Marketing & Recruiting Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed personal marketing and managing the recruitment process for specialized and managerial roles, and a dual student in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and IT. Prior experience includes serving as an assistant to the administrative management at Norddeutscher Rundfunk in 2017. Mareike Mehring is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie at IU International University of Applied Sciences and has completed a specialization in Human Resource Management at Deutsche Akademie für Management, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FHDW Hannover and vocational training in office management at Norddeutscher Rundfunk.
