Wonjoon Seol

Wonjoon Seol is an experienced engineer with a strong background in algorithm development and backend engineering. Currently employed at 위대한상상(요기요) as an L2~3 Algorithm Engineer / Backend Engineer since May 2021, Wonjoon previously worked at Delivery Hero as an L1 Backend Engineer. A data science internship at the Centre for Urban Science and Progress London involved a collaboration with the London Ambulance Service to create an interactive data visualization project. Earlier experience includes a Technology Analyst Intern role at Goldman Sachs, where Wonjoon developed a regression testing framework for a clearing platform, and a Research Assistant Intern position at King's College London, focusing on time-temporal analysis of crime data. Academic experience also includes a Research Assistant role at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, researching Korean telecom companies. Education was completed at Chelsea Independent College.
