Derek Dubois

Derek DuBois is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Lead at WesBanco since December 2019, Derek also holds the position of CRA Co-Chairman for the Mid-Atlantic region. Under Derek’s leadership, WesBanco has achieved the highest composite rating of "Outstanding" from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for eight consecutive years, reflecting the bank’s commitment to meeting community credit needs. Previous roles include Vice President and Senior Business Banker at Capital One, Vice President and Client Manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Vice President in various capacities at Bank of America. Derek began the career as Branch Owner at Benchmark Mortgage and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Shepherd University.
