Sean Rucker has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries. Sean is currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer at Wesbuilt Construction Managers, a leading builder in New York and the Tri-State area. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing various construction projects and ensuring client satisfaction. Prior to this, Sean worked at Churchill Real Estate as the Vice President and Head of Development & Asset Management from 2019 to 2021. Sean also gained experience in real estate investment banking at Chesterfield Faring, Ltd. from 2018 to 2019. Sean started their career at Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Associate in the Capital Markets department from 2015 to 2018. Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated their expertise and ability to make a difference in the industry.
Sean Rucker attended Syracuse University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree. In 2019, they also obtained a Commercial Real Estate Certification from Cornell University. Apart from these, they have additional certifications including an Argus Enterprise Pre-certification Course (14 Hours) and a Real Estate Salesperson License in NJ/NY.
