Sarah Hommerding

Sarah Hommerding is a seasoned training and instructional design professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing effective learning programs. Currently serving as a Sr. Trainer and Instructional Designer at Wescom Credit Union since February 2021, Sarah previously held roles at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products as a Learning and Development Specialist and at HireRight Inc. as an Instructional Designer. With a strong background in project management, training needs assessment, and instructional technology, Sarah has successfully managed various training initiatives and events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and metrics. Prior to these roles, Sarah served as Client Services Manager at HireRight, where responsibilities included customer satisfaction and process improvement, as well as Director of Scorekeeping Operations at Major League Softball. Sarah holds a Certificate in Educational/Instructional Media Design from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education.
