Chris Herd

Chris Herd began their work experience in 2003 at Lloyds Banking Group, where they held multiple roles including Senior Consultant, Support Analyst, and Debt Manager Training Logistics. In these positions, they developed and managed collections strategies, provided support for collections software, and handled user queries and issues. In 2014, Herd joined Wescot Credit Services Limited as a Senior DM Specialist before being promoted to Senior Technical Lead. Currently, they serve as the Head of Business Architecture.
