Julie Billard is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background. Julie is currently the Head of Finance UKDS at Wescot Credit Services Limited. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Finance at SVM, a Blackhawk Network Business, and as the Chief Financial Officer at SVM Global. In their role at SVM Global, they were responsible for managing and leading finance functions for an international US private equity backed business. Julie also has experience in roles such as Head of Transactions and Cash Management at Parabis Law, Regional Performance Manager at Northern Gas Networks, and Head of Finance Credit Operations at Direct Line Group. Julie began their career at Maplin Electronics as a Financial Accountant and later worked as a Financial Controller at Breadwinner Foods Limited.

Julie Billard FCCA, MCICM has a diverse education history that spans over several years. Julie began their academic journey in 1985 at the University of Essex, where they pursued a degree in Law and successfully completed their LLB (Hons) in 1995.

In 2000, Julie enrolled at Sheffield Hallam University and embarked on a three-year program that led to their achieving the prestigious designation of Fellow Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). During their time at Sheffield Hallam University, they also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Accounting, which they obtained in 2003.

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge and professional development, Julie attended Nottingham University Business School in 2004 for a one-year program in which they earned a Diploma in Management Studies (DMS).

Through their educational endeavors, Julie has acquired a well-rounded education in law, accounting, and management. These qualifications and expertise have undoubtedly played a significant role in their career as an FCCA and MCICM, enabling their to excel in their professional endeavors.
