Michelle Loutit

Michelle Loutit is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Wesfarmers since August 2022. Prior to this, Michelle held senior positions at Telstra, including Senior Specialist in People and Change and Senior HR Business Partner at Telstra Health. With a diverse background in human resources spanning over a decade, Michelle has also worked at Clough, Standard & Poor's, Qualcomm, and has built foundational experience as an HR Administrator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from Edith Cowan University.
