Christopher Monticolombi is the CEO & Co-founder of WeShape, a technology consultancy specializing in DevOps, Software Engineering, Data, and Cloud Native solutions. He is also the Director & Co-founder of London Tech Leaders, aiming to bring together leaders in the tech industry. As an Advisor and Co-founder at Uptime Labs, Christopher focuses on IT outage and degradation response scenarios. Additionally, he serves as an Advisor & Investor at Loop Not Luck, connecting diverse talent to career opportunities. Christopher previously worked at La Fosse Associates as a Senior Client Partnership Manager and Senior Consultant in DevOps. Prior to that, he was a Trainee Buyer at Tesco PLC and also founded In the Zone Sport, a UK sports clothing brand. Christopher's diverse experience includes roles at Kent University and Blue Ant Designs in graphic design and production.
