Robin Kelly is currently the Vice President Research, Quality, & Compliance at Wesley Family Services since January 2008. Prior to this role, Robin served as a Quality Officer - Director at R.Verness from July 1999 to May 2020, focusing on Quality Management and Process Improvement. With a background in Engineering, Robin has also worked as a Contracts Administrator at the State of Delaware Department of Transportation, a Senior Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Corporation, and as an Adjunct Professor at Penn State University & Community College Allegheny County. Robin holds a Masters Degree in Public Management, Business Administration, Management and Operations from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Point Park University, and has completed coursework towards a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organizational Leadership at The Chicago School.
