Kristy Rowlett FCIPD has extensive work experience in various roles related to talent development, leadership, and learning and development. Kristy is currently working as the Head of People Development at Wesleyan since January 2020. Previously, they worked at Wesleyan Assurance Society from 2008 to 2020, starting as a Senior Talent and Leadership Development Consultant and later transitioning into the role of Talent, Leadership, and Development Manager. Before that, they worked at Training for Excellence as a Learning & Development Specialist from 2003 to 2008. Kristy also has experience at Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries, where they held the roles of Group Recruitment & Field Training Manager and Area Manager from 1996 to 2002.
