Neil Whelan

Neil Whelan is an experienced video production lead and digital content manager currently at Wesleyan since April 2011, where responsibilities include idea generation, concept development, filming, production, and editing while ensuring alignment with brand strategy. Prior roles include PR Manager at Orbit Housing Group, Press Officer at COI News & PR, and various positions in communication and press within organizations such as the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and The Warman Group. Neil began a career in journalism as a Reporter at Chester News Service, contributing to coverage in Chester and the North West. Neil holds a BA (Hons) in Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire.
