Robert Ralph

Robert Ralph has over 20 years of experience in various audit and compliance roles. Robert began their career at HSBC as an Assistant Audit Manager, where they worked for nearly 10 years. Robert then joined AXA UK as a Senior Internal Auditor before moving on to Sun Life Financial of Canada as a Compliance Audit Manager. At Sun Life, they were responsible for designing and implementing a risk-based monitoring plan. After two years, Robert joined NFU Mutual as a Conduct Regulation Manager, where they developed and delivered a risk-based Compliance Audit Plan. Currently, they work at Wesleyan as the Head of Internal Audit, overseeing the internal audit function of the company.

Robert Ralph attended the Institute of Internal Audit from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained their PIIA/CIA degree in the field of Audit. Robert also has additional certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and PIIA from the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors.
