Allan Cheruiyot

Allan Cheruiyot is a Computer Science and Astronomy double major at Wesleyan University, expected to graduate in May 2027. Currently serving as a Scili Circulation Assistant and a RIS Research Fellow in the Astronomy Department, Allan manages book circulation and engages in research funded by a $5000 grant to enhance a 3D visualization program for modeling debris disks around stars. Previous roles include Video Production and Course Assistant for the Psychology Department and a Peer College Counselling Mentor at Equity Group Foundation International, where Allan provided mentorship to underprivileged students. Additionally, Allan has experience as a Writer and Editor for Pilot Teacher, contributing technical articles related to aviation. Educational background includes a boot camp in Computer Software Engineering from ALX Africa and a KCSE from Alliance High School.
