Daniel McLaughlin, CPSP, is a seasoned benefits and pension analyst currently employed at Wespath Benefits and Investments since March 2024, previously serving as a Retirement Analyst at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. from June 2019 to January 2024. With extensive experience spanning over two decades in benefits administration, Daniel has successfully led projects to improve pension processes, including reducing overpayments and enhancing participant data accuracy. Key achievements include managing pension risk transfers totaling $2.87 billion and overseeing complex pension funding and compliance processes. Daniel’s earlier roles at Conduent, ExcellerateHRO, Willis Towers Watson, and The Segal Group have solidified expertise in actuarial science, benefits calculation, and data management, backed by a Magna Cum Laude degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Science from the University of St. Francis.
