Research Manager at Wessex Archaeology

Kirsten Dinwiddy is a seasoned professional in the field of archaeology, currently serving as a Research Manager at Wessex Archaeology since August 2001. In this role, Kirsten specializes as a Senior Osteoarchaeologist/Senior Research Officer, focusing on the osteoarchaeological assessment and analysis of human bone assemblages from various archaeological contexts, as well as post-excavation analysis and interpretation. Prior experience includes working as an archaeologist at the Museum of London, where Kirsten assisted in excavations and recorded findings in historically significant urban sites, and served as a site assistant for Eachtra archaeological projects. Kirsten holds an MA in Osteoarchaeology and a BA (Hons) in Archaeology, both from the University of Southampton.
