Kate Shuttleworth

Kate Shuttleworth is a Support Engagement Officer - Community at Wessex Cancer Support, responsible for developing relationships with community fundraisers and organizing fundraising events since May 2024. Previously, as Events & Community Manager at YMCA Fairthorne Group, Kate developed public events and managed the Young Carers Festival. Kate's background includes roles as Faculty Placements Officer at the University of Portsmouth, Audience Development Officer at The Mary Rose, and various positions such as Project Assistant and Museum Volunteer at multiple institutions. Kate holds a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Archaeological Studies from the University of Kent.
