Donald Sherratt

Donald Sherratt has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Donald currently serves as the Head of IT Applications at Wessex Water, where they are responsible for driving organizational change and managing the Competency Centre/Centre of Excellence organization. Prior to this role, they worked at Bio-Rad Laboratories as the Head of Global IT PMO and as a CRM Deployment Manager. Donald had successful deployments of CRM systems across different regions and minimized operational impact and risk. At Motorola Mobility - Home, Donald held various positions, including Director of Service Strategy & Transformation, Director of EMEA Operations & Customer Support, Manager of EMEA Business Operations, and Manager of UK Service Operations. In these roles, they led global teams and managed service operations, supply chain, and repair and logistics services.

Donald Sherratt completed their A-Levels at Whitchurch High School from 1989 to 1996, focusing on chemistry, physics, mathematics, and GCSEs. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science with Honors degree in Chemistry at the University of Birmingham from 1996 to 1999.
