Kate Hayden has extensive experience in IT and operations management, currently serving as the Head of IT Support and Group Lead for Culture, Inclusion & Diversity at Wessex Water since July 2008. Previously, Kate held multiple roles at Wessex Water, including IT Service Performance & Support Manager and IT Project Manager, and also worked as Operations Control Manager and Contact Centre Manager from January 1999 to April 2007. Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Management Studies from the University of the West of England.
