Max Smale is an experienced Acting Project Manager at Wessex Water with a strong background in delivering high-risk, regulatory-driven projects, backed by over 5 years of professional experience in engineering and project management. Starting as a Project Engineer, Max has developed expertise in project scoping, estimating, design management, and stakeholder engagement, while managing significant capital maintenance projects and overseeing the transition from PSTN to IP-based telemetry systems.
