Joe Bodiford

Joe Bodiford is a Board Certified Criminal Trial and Appellate Lawyer with extensive experience in both state and federal trials and appeals, currently practicing at Bodiford Law, P.A. since February 1999. In addition to legal practice, Joe serves as an author for several prominent legal publications, including the Florida Criminal Cases Notebook and "Cross Examination in a Nutshell." As the owner of eLEX Legal Publishers LLC, Joe provides essential evidence and procedure guides for trial attorneys nationwide. Joe is also an adjunct professor of law at Stetson University College of Law, focusing on trial advocacy and legal drafting, and has previously taught at Florida State University. Joe's earlier roles include General Counsel for the International Trumpet Guild and Assistant State Attorney. Educational achievements include a Master of Laws in Advocacy and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, as well as degrees in Music from Florida State University.
