Renee Senander

Renee Senander, MPA, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Healdsburg since November 2020, overseeing various HR activities, including employee relations and benefit administration, as well as implementing COVID-19 policies. Prior to this role, Renee worked at Sonoma State University as the Manager of Workers' Compensation, ADA, and Leave Administration, managing multiple programs related to employee health and safety. Earlier experience includes serving as an Ergonomic Specialist at Stanford University, where Renee developed ergonomic programs, and roles in community support and education. Renee holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from California State University-San Bernardino and a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
