Jake Dietsch

Jake Dietsch is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in various media roles. Currently serving as a General News Reporter at The West Australian since April 2023, Jake previously held positions as Deputy Editor at PerthNow Local Newspapers from October 2020 to April 2023 and Editor of the Sound Telegraph and the Mandurah Coastal Times at Seven West Media from January 2020 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Journalist at The Esperance Express with Australian Community Media from February 2018 to January 2020 and as a Shift Runner at Domino's from 2011 to January 2018. Jake holds a degree in Journalism and Education Studies from Murdoch University, completed between 2013 and 2017.
