Jim Conard

Jim Conard has a robust work experience in the banking industry. Jim worked as an Eastern Iowa Market President at West Bank from 2012 until the present. Prior to their current role, they held the position of Vice President, Business and Consumer Banking/Community Bank President at Northwest Bank from 2003 to 2010. Before that, they were an Assistant Vice President at Great Western Bank from 1998 to 2003. Jim started their career in the field by being part of the Management Development Program at Wells Fargo from 1996 to 1998. Jim also gained experience outside of the banking industry when they worked as a Program Assistant at the National 4-H Youth Conference Center in 1993.

Jim Conard attended Spencer High School, although the specific years are unknown. Following high school, they enrolled at the University of South Dakota in 1992 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Political Science in 1996.
