Rachel Carpenter

Rachel Carpenter currently serves as a Principal Banker at West Bank since February 2023 and as a Cause Entrepreneur for One Hope Wine since August 2022. With a diverse background, Rachel has held roles such as Community Relations Manager & VIP Concierge at Twin Cities Summer Jam from July 2019 to October 2022, and Hospice Care Consultant at Moments Hospice for most of 2019. Previous experiences include serving as Program Manager at Feeding Our Communities Partners and Executive Director at Water's Edge. Rachel began a career in sales as Sales Director at Primrose Retirement Communities and co-owned Indulge Salon & Tanning. An educational background includes an AAS Degree in Interior Design & Sales from Dakota County Technical College and an AAS from the Art Institute of Minneapolis.
