Tammy Hierlihy

Tammy Hierlihy is a seasoned water resources professional with extensive experience in management and policy analysis. Currently serving as a Water Resources & Policy Analyst II at West Basin Municipal Water District since January 2021, Tammy previously held the position of Water Resources Manager at Central Basin MWD from January 2007 to August 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing the Water Resources Department and evaluating technical regulations to enhance conservation programs. Earlier in the career, Tammy worked at United Water from January 2001 to January 2007 in an administrative role, focusing on human resources, program development for skilled personnel, and community involvement initiatives related to environmental projects.
