Jim Schwalen

Jim Schwalen is currently the Senior VP Marketing and Personal Lines at West Bend Mutual Insurance, where Jim is responsible for corporate marketing, service center, and profit and growth of the auto and home insurance division. Prior to their current position, Jim worked as an IT Director at ACUITY, where Jim was responsible for the development of Automated Underwriting Software. Jim also served as an Agency Automation Representative at West Bend Mutual Insurance and as a Staff UW Specialist at Acuity. Jim has participated in various Executive Education Programs and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Lakeland University.
