Rachael Wilterdink

Rachael Wilterdink, CBAP®️, currently serves as a Senior Business Analyst at West Bend Insurance Company since November 2023. Previously, Rachael worked as a Principal Consultant at Infotech Enterprises, advising clients on diverse projects, including an Enterprise Data Platform and implementing Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Rachael also held managerial roles at Baker Tilly US and Valorem Reply, where responsibilities included organizational change management and project delivery for various clients. With extensive experience in business analysis, project management, and agile methodologies, Rachael has worked with a wide range of industries, including healthcare, automotive, and financial services. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science & Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has developed skills in agile training, business intelligence, and data strategy throughout a progressive career spanning over two decades.
