The West Bend leadership team is experienced in a variety of industries, with members coming from backgrounds in accounting, law, insurance, IT, engineering, and more. Many on the team have also held positions on boards of directors for other companies. The team is well-educated, with degrees from schools like Marquette University, the University of Wisconsin, the University of Notre Dame, and Missouri University of Science and Technology.
