Samanway Sahoo

Samanway Sahoo is currently working as an Assistant Engineer (IT&C) at West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited since September 2020. Prior to this, Samanway worked as a Senior Analyst at Capgemini from August 2019 to August 2020. With a background in Computer Science and Engineering, Samanway has experience in areas such as handwritten city name recognition and finding surface distances between points on irregular surfaces. Samanway's research work at Jadavpur University focused on innovative features for recognizing multiscript handwritten words and Bangla city names.
