Jerad Hanlon has held various executive roles in the healthcare industry. Jerad started their career as an Assistant Administrator at Health Management Associates, Inc. - Davis Regional Medical Center in 2006 and then moved on to become an Associate Administrator at Health Management Associates, Inc. - University Medical Center in 2008.
In 2011, Hanlon joined Southside Regional Medical Center as the Chief Operating Officer and later became the Chief Administrative Officer for the Virginia Market.
In 2019, Hanlon joined Tenet Healthcare as the Chief Strategy Officer before transitioning to the role of Chief Operating Officer for St. Mary's Medical Center and Palm Beach Children's Hospital in 2020. Jerad also served as the Group COO for the Palm Beach Health Network from 2021 to 2023.
Currently, Hanlon is the Chief Executive Officer at West Boca Medical Center, where they began their tenure in October 2023.
Jerad Hanlon holds a Master of Health Administration degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. Jerad also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from James Madison University. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Health Administration degree with a concentration in Hospital Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
