Brian Thompson Rn

Brian Thompson, RN has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian started their career as a Registered Nurse at CHRISTUS Health in 1997 and worked there until 1999. Brian then transitioned to a Sales Representative role at Organon from 1999 to 2002. After that, they joined Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Institutional Sales Representative from 2002 to 2010. In 2010, Brian worked as a Clinical Science Consultant at Boehringer Ingelheim for a short period. Brian then joined Sunovion Pharmaceuticals as a Specialty Sales Representative from 2010 to 2013. Since 2013, Brian has been associated with West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital. Brian started as an RN House Supervisor from 2013 to 2017, then moved on to become the Director of Patient Care from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2023, Brian held the position of Chief Nursing Officer. Currently, they serve as the Director of Patient Care Services.

Brian Thompson, RN completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at McNeese State University in 1997. In the same year, they obtained their Registered Nurse certification from the State of Louisiana Board of Nursing. In 2008, Brian also obtained a Certification as a Medical Representative from the CMR Institute.
