Steve Caldwell

Steve Caldwell is currently an options counselor at the West Central Indiana Economic Development District. Prior to their current position, Steve was a project manager, estimator, and scheduler for Independent Contracting and Consulting from January 2001 to December 2007. Steve has also provided competitive bid cost estimating and project management services for a commercial general contractor. Furthermore, they have been responsible for complete estimate development and bidding control, weekly project meetings, and daily field supervision for Hasser Construction Co. Lastly, they have provided shutdown scheduling services for a $2 million generating utility company’s boiler outage and rebuild project.

Steve Caldwell has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business, with a focus in finance and management. Steve also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University. In addition, they are certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
