Jon Loeffen

Jon Loeffen currently serves as the CEO/General Manager of West Central Telephone Association, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jon Loeffen was the Director of Telecommunications & Technology at Northeast Service Cooperative from February 2012 to November 2023, managing telecommunication policies, service development, and budget administration. Previous experience includes roles as Operations Manager and Inside Plant Manager, overseeing network operations, marketing functions, and technical staff. Jon Loeffen's background also features positions at Mid-Rivers Communications, Arvig Communication Systems, 702 Communications, and CC&I Engineering, where expertise in central office operations, telecommunications design, and network technology was developed.
