Bethany Morley

Director Of Prospect Strategy And Research at West Chester University Foundation

Bethany Morley has a diverse work experience in prospect development and fundraising. Starting in 2005 as an intern at the Michigan Women's Commission, they later worked as a Development Associate for Concern for Health Options: Information, Care, and Education. In 2008, they became an Advancement Associate and Webmaster at Stapeley In Germantown. Bethany then served as a Development Manager at The American Revolution Center from 2010 to 2012. Bethany further honed their skills as a Development Associate at Barclay Friends from 2012 to 2014 before being promoted to Development Director, a role they held until 2015. Morley then joined the West Chester University Foundation, where they began as a Prospect Research Specialist in 2017. Bethany gradually progressed within the organization, becoming an Assistant Director of Prospect Development in 2019 and currently holds the position of Director of Prospect Strategy and Research. Throughout their career, Morley has been responsible for various aspects of prospect research, portfolio management, and strategic collaboration with major gift officers.
