Carly Morton

Carly Morton is an experienced payroll professional currently serving as the Assistant Payroll Manager at West Chester University of Pennsylvania since March 2024. Previously, Carly worked as a Payroll Specialist for Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education from June 2021 to March 2024, supporting Bloomsburg, Mansfield, and Lock Haven University.
