Eileen Jenkins

Eileen Jenkins is an accomplished education and technology professional with extensive experience in both academia and the software industry. Currently serving as the Director of Continuing Professional Education at West Chester University since June 2004, Eileen leads initiatives to provide tailored educational programs that support local workforce development initiatives. Prior to this role, Eileen spent over a decade at Verizon and Verizon Business, holding positions such as Software Engineer and Technical Specialist, where responsibilities included coordinating software upgrades, technical writing, and managing database systems. Eileen's educational background includes a Non-profit Board Leadership Certificate from Leadership Chester County, along with a BA in Information Technology from Eastern University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Peirce College.
