Evan Leach

Evan Leach serves as the Dean of the College of Business and Public Management at West Chester University of Pennsylvania since August 2018, while also holding the position of Professor of Management at the same institution since 1993. In addition, Evan Leach is the President of TAP Consulting. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Management from Yale University, obtained between 1988 and 1996, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Penn State University, and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
