Lexie McCarthy

Lexie McCarthy, Ed.D., serves as the Director of Student Experience and the Director of Off-Campus and Commuter Services at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where Lexie has been instrumental in enhancing off-campus and commuter student support, leading assessment efforts, and overseeing departmental operations. Previous roles include Director of Parent and Family Relations and Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life, focusing on program development and community engagement. Lexie's background includes experience as a recruiter for non-traditional undergraduate students at the Philadelphia campus and various graduate internships in student affairs and admissions. Lexie holds a Doctor of Education in Policy, Planning, and Administration from West Chester University, a Master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Miami University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religious Studies from Bucknell University.
