Mike Reno

Mike Reno is an accomplished professional in the field of campus recreation, currently serving as the Senior Director of Campus Recreation at West Chester University of Pennsylvania since August 2016. In this role, Mike provides leadership and management for recreation programs, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management while addressing the diverse recreation needs of the university community. Prior to West Chester University, Mike held various positions at the University of Pennsylvania from September 2005 to July 2016, including Associate Director of Business Operations & Sport Clubs, Interim Assistant Vice President for Health and Wellness, and Assistant Director of Recreation. Mike's career also includes experience as an Annual Giving Officer and Associate Director of Structured Sport. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Recreation at Gettysburg College from 2003 to 2005. Mike holds a Master's Degree in Athletic Administration from McDaniel College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Scranton.
