Priti Jain

Priti Jain began their work experience as a Senior IT Recruiter at RJT Compuquest in August 2010. In this role, they were responsible for handling the complete US recruitment cycle and ensuring its closure. Priti sourced and screened resumes from platforms such as Dice, Monster, Corp to Corp, and Career Builder to meet urgent requirements. Priti Jain worked in this position until September 2011.

Following their role at RJT Compuquest, Priti Jain joined West Coast Consulting in September 2011. At West Coast Consulting, they held the title of Resource Manager/Corporate Recruiter/Sourcing Strategist. Priti'sresponsibilities included sourcing resumes from various platforms such as GEM (a resume sourcing tool that gathers resumes from platforms like Dice, Monster, Hot jobs, and CareerBuilder), calling suitable candidates, scheduling interviews, and initiating offer packets. Priti Jain managed the full recruiting cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, interviewing, offering, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
